Swimming

I was a part of the swimming team in high school, and I am a lifeguard, helping keep the aquatics facility safe in the world's largest YMCA.

I have always enjoyed swimming and some of my earliest memories were in swimming lessons. I want to pass this enjoyment on to others, and to do that I became a lifeguard, keeping the pool safe, and a swim instructor, teaching people how to enjoy swimming.

Certifications

I am a deep-water lifeguard at the world's biggest YMCA, and a flow rider operative. I hold certifications in Standard First Aid, NCCP Ethical Coaching, CATT Concussion awareness, CPR-C, National Lifeguard, YMCA Swim Instructing, and Bronze Cross.
