Kyokushin Karate
I have been training my mind, body, and spirit in Kyokushin Karate for nine years.
I am a 2025 black belt candidate committed to helping others and fostering belonging in our karate club. As an assistant instructor, I teach people of all ages how to push themselves mentally and physically, encouraging a healthy lifestyle.
Throughout my training, I have competed in several tournaments, winning over 20 first-place medals and trophies, along with many second and third-place certificates. Recently, in 2024, I won the Canadian Championships in Vancouver, British Columbia, and in 2023, I placed third in the US Weight Category International Tournament in Los Angeles.
Karate Family
I have been training around the same people for almost a decade and have formed deep connections with these people. Even though we fight eachother full contact, we always want to see our peers grow, helping them when they need it.
